PRACTICAL INFORMATION

BIB PICK-IP AND RACE BRIEFING

Bib numbers can be collected:

• At Bardu Sporten the day before the race from 15:30–17:30

• In the start area on race day from 07:30

Please have your bib number ready at pick-up for faster service.
You can find your bib number in the participant list.

The race briefing will be held at 08:30, i.e. 30 minutes before the start.

TERMS AND PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY

1. By registering for and participating in Setermoen Backyard Ultra, I confirm the following:

2. I am aware of the risks and hazards associated with participating in the event and take part at my own risk.

3. I confirm that I am in sufficient physical and mental condition to complete the competition.

4. I am responsible for my own personal belongings and equipment throughout the event.

5. I agree to follow the rules and instructions given by the आयोजers.

6. The event’s medical personnel have the authority to remove me from the race if it is deemed unsafe for me to continue.

7. The use of medications or supplements listed on the doping list is prohibited. Antidoping Norge may conduct testing.

8. In the event of cancellation due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond the organizer’s control (“force majeure”), the entry fee will not be refunded.

9. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the course or event for safety reasons.

10. The participant holds the organizer harmless from any claims arising from participation in the event.

11. I consent to photos and video of me being used by the organizer for promotional purposes in digital and printed media.

12. I agree to inform the race office if I withdraw from the race.
